1. What are your delivery charges?

• Free delivery  for over 100 CHF.

• Orders usually are dispatched within 4-5 working days. If you require by a specific date please state when ordering.

2. Can I receive my order more quickly?
Yes, there is a charge of 25.00 CHF inc VAT for a next day delivery. (excluding Saturday) if placed before 12 noon.

3. What is your returns policy?

• All orders should be examined within 3 days of delivery. If incorrect or broken we will arrange replacement and collection. If incorrect goods are ordered then replacement/collection will be arranged at customer cost.

• Goods returned back to us in a bad condition will be subject to a restocking charge.

How do I pay?

• Credit cards are the most common way for customers to pay online and all orders can be paid  by credit card.
